I ordered some hair from Lisa hair last week and paid 12 dollars extra for 'speedy delivery'. My estimated order date was 10/24 and it is still stuck in Flushing, NY. That may not be the vendors faults...but when I contacted the vendor I barely understood what she was saying (typed). When I expressed to her that I needed it by Friday she said I should get it the next day (today) it has STILL not moved. She said I will be refunded for shipping but I still haven't gotten any updates on will that will be or when my package will be delivered. I choose this vendor because of the good reviews but honestly this is the last time I will be buying anything from this site. Keeping it local.

I purchased 2 diffusers from Shenzhen Bester Energy Saving Technology Ltd. on aliexpress. he sent me one that worked with all its items and one that did not come with the correct plug. I sent all the evidence i had ad the seller provided no proof and aliexpress still would not give me a refund or force the seller to send me the correct plug. i spend over 6 hours on customer service and no one could direct me to the team working on my dispute. even after i working this for 7 weeks they closed my dispute and left me with an unworking product! I am disgusted. And will be spreading the word. I selected the correct plug during the buying process and because the seller felt i should somehow contact him because he is too lazy to look at the second order he sent me the wrong plug and aliexpress DID NOT ADVOCATE FOR ME. I provided all the evidence and they closed my dispute and would not allow me to fight it. DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>!!!!!

its not a bad website but it all depends on the seller you buy from.what l would say about Aliexpress is you really need to do a thorough search on the sellers and seeing their reviews then you buy,never do instant buying just cos of the price you will loose your money.

on all my transactions with them all my disputes have been dealt with in a satisfying way that l was pleased with,but there are some cases where you have to move heaven and earth for your refund,

my only problem is their new payment security checks they ask for your id and credit card pictures so they can verify your order

If giving this place negative stars was an option, I'd do that.
I ordered a wig at the beginning of September and the delivery date was supposed to be a week before my convention. The wig did not only arrive a week LATE, but the tracking information was never updated and I got no kind of notification that it would arrive so late. I actually just looked at my order to leave feedback (no surprise, I can't do it. Seller won't let me) and it still says 'Awaiting delivery' even though I've had the item for a month. I no longer need the item and the package is still unopened, as it came in late and my convention expired. I tried opening a dispute to request a return and refund but the cheapskate seller waited until the very last day to answer and refuse the request. Every time I open ANOTHER dispute, it gets shot down only to have the 'You have received your goods' reply thrown in my face as if I am blind and don't know that already. I tried talking on livechat with a representative- but now I am pretty sure they just put on airs to make it seem like they are taking care of the problem, but are probably just laughing at you behind a screen and do nothing. Just as everyone else has said, their buyer protection policy is just a fake write-up to make it seem like a more legitimate business and to make you feel comfortable shopping with them just so you can have your money stolen...and I learned this the hard way. I am pretty sure any positive reviews are either paid for or written by a company employee- for every one 'good' review there seem to be a hundred bad ones surrounding it- so that seems skeptical as well. Just look up any Aliexpress review site...every one of them has more bad reviews than acceptable. I am usually a very cautious buyer and do my research before shopping- the only reason I ended up here is this is the only place that carried my wig for a reasonable price and with free shipping (the seller also had a good rating), so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway. I will not shop here again and I will leave a negative review everywhere I can to show people this site is absolute garbage with no credibility whatsoever. If you don't listen to any other review or opinion about this site or other affiliated companies, listen to mine and take your business elsewhere. Far Far elsewhere.

its been over a month since i placed order my package was supposed to be here by 10/22 and when I wrote complaining that it never arrived seller said we extended deliver by date he extended his OWN deadline to november! arrive by date should not change as it suits seller its there for a reason. Why put it if the owner can change it after purchase. THIS SITE IS A SCAM MULTIPLE REVIEWS SAY NEVER RECEIVED ITEM... now i have to spend weeks trying to fight to get my money back from him before then fighting with site for more weeks... if i even get it back i hope... the seller said things like trust this and that.. what a nightmare i'm upset I listened to fake reviews after I already had a bad feeling about the site being legit... stick to ebay and amazon!

Never have issues with ebay,amazon or anything with PayPal. 75% of time in aliexpress payment gets closed even after visa sends code through my bank that I verify. There fellows not ready for prime time. Overall rating of 2 out of 5 confirms this. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER! Bought a sink faucet from the seller known as GOODFAUCET and when it arrived it was much wider than listed in the description, so I couldn't use it. Sent messages to the seller and he admitted to the mistake and promised to send me out a replacement. Kept stringing me along until the dispute period ran out and then never sent me my money back or a replacement item. When I contacted the customer service dept, via live chat, on 4 separate occasions, each assured me that they would take care of the matter and get back to me. None of them ever did. They could see all of the messages between the seller and myself, proving that he admitted to sending the wrong item and promising to fix it,. yet they did NOTHING to get my money back or suspend the seller. The representatives that I chatted with were Jer, Chanter and Alessandra, and they all just placated me, told lies, and promised to fix the situation for me, but none of them ever even bothered to get back to me. This lying, cheating seller is still allowed to stay on the site and sell to others to cheat them too. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I have been using Ali for years and have not had issues with the cosplays, wigs, and etc. I have bought from them. However, be wary that there are different sellers, companies, and etc. that sell things on Ali. Some sellers are 100% ripoffs which is why you need to really check up their profile/page/etc. Make sure you read through all thereviews on the product you want to get from Ali. You HAVE to inspect the sellers all the way to determine whether or not you'll risk getting a good product or a terrible ripoff.

Tip for consumers: READ READ READ all reviews on the seller's page. Make sure there are photo reviews.

keeps accepting my card then the next day I get message saying payment not received. I've updated my info on air and ali no reason my card shouldn't work and I just placed an order on amazon just this site give me problems
