I never bought in China but with Gearbest its like if I buy in a retail shop behind my house. I ordered many things and it was all perfect! The price is really good and also the shipping cost it's good. In less than 10 days I have my product in my house (in Italy) and its awesome.
I will buy for sure again.

I attempted to contact Gearbest as they have a 45 day money back policy, or return/fix item. Complete false. They insisted on a 2mb video of the vacuum not working, I can't even take a photo that small. I made the video and asked if I can send a larger one. No.
I explained the problem with the vacuum, I can return it for 30% back with my paying shipping to China. I can have an exchange with me paying 90% of that, or I can keep the broken item (after ten days) and leave it alone.
Attempted to go through paypal.....somehow was not found in my favor, but their rating it low too. Next time Amazon...yes $50 more but never been dissatisfied with seller and payment method

I placed an order for a Chuwi Hi10 Pro, Chuwi Keyboard and 128GB Microdisc - spent best part of £200 - I choose priority UK delivery - all was going well and received email stating product sent - I have tried to trace on numerous occasions but GearBest says 'Sorry, your shipping information has not updated yet!' so I check with the courier company and they advised nothing received yet - I have had several chats in IM via GB and everytime I am told it has been sent and tell me its left Hong Kong on 18 Oct.. when I tell them the courier company (Yodel) advise nothing has been received from company I got 'it is your courier company' (?!) or they 'hang up' on IM.... I am now concerned... will update when I have more info or product..... but so far all I can say is buyer beware!
